Visited on a Friday morning with group of ladies. Nice decor, plenty of seating, and friendly staff. I had a mocha white chocolate raspberry frappe and banana muffin. They serve the muffins on warm plates!!

The coffee was good, and the breakfast burritos are seriously the best I’ve ever had. The two times I’ve gone it hasn’t been busy, but service was still a little slow compared to other coffee shops, that’s the only thing that could have been better. The wait was very reasonable though, no real complaints.

Great place to come for breakfast! The biscuits are home made, and the coffee is delicious! Thanks for making my vacation mornings great!

Thankful to have found a coffee shop that was open on a Sunday while driving through the area. The baristas were friendly, the coffee & donuts were delicious. Very neat space, too! They host a worship service and are thinking about doing live music. Great space for it.

This place is amazing to go to, the food is amazing as well as the coffee, and the employees are so kind!! To the man who I saw that was there earlier today treating the barista horribly, she handled herself with grace and that is amazing enough. He was yelling about slow service when there were so many people in there before him and the drive thru line was already crazy enough. He left with a refund and refused to take the coffee but still was treating the employees so horribly!! I applaud the barista for staying so calm and the drink she made tasted amazing!! Definitely will be going back again <33

A hidden gem with heart and history. Broken Grounds Coffee Company isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a community hub with soul. I walked in expecting just a caffeine fix, but left feeling genuinely refreshed, both by the drink and the vibe. You can tell this place was built with intention. The staff greet you like friends, the décor is warm and welcoming, and the coffee? Smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. I had a vanilla oat milk latte that hit all the right notes—balanced, cozy, and just sweet enough. Backstory bonus: I learned from one of the baristas that the shop was started by locals who wanted to create a space for people to reconnect—both with each other and with themselves. It shows. Whether you’re here to study, meet up, or just breathe, this place delivers. Pro tip: Try their seasonal specials (the maple cardamom latte was a dream!) and grab a seat near the window for a peaceful moment with your cup.

If I could give 10/5 stars I would. Charity lead me to one of the most incredible customer service interactions I've had in a long LONG time. She took such good care of my family and I... the other employees were also so sweet and polite in our brief interactions. Pricing was so reasonable and worth it because everything was delicious and incredible. Hash browns and iced chai tea latte and breakfast burrito were standouts but truly everything was amazing. Atmosphere is incredible and such a vibe I could easily see myself getting lost in a book or my art here while sipping on some delicious java and having some awesome food. I live in Columbus but this place would be worth the drive and I will almost certainly be back. Thank you again so much!!

If you haven’t tried the breakfast burrito from Broken Grounds Coffee Company in Millersburg, do yourself a favor and go get one. It’s everything a good breakfast should be…warm, cheesy, and possibly even made with love. The eggs are fluffy, the bacon and sausage is perfectly seasoned, and the peppers and onions give it just the right kick. It’s basically happiness rolled in a tortilla. And don’t skip the sides…the sour cream and salsa take it over the top. Pair it with a hot cup of Broken Grounds coffee … or in my case a Baja Blast Zero and you’ll be set for the day (or at least until lunch). Honestly, it’s one of those meals that just makes you happy to live in a small town where people still care about good food and friendly service.
